Question on Tobirama's FTG.

It is true that a FTG user can teleport to any point his chakra is placed, (As stated my Minato). Does this also apply to Tobirama?

I think it does (cause that's the basis of FTG, to teleport to a point you left a marking, with your chakra). So then, is it possible for tobirama to use a huge suiton jutsu of his and after it spreads round a battle field, teleport to any point where the water is since the water is made from his chakra?

I think this only applies to minato seeing as tobirama himself admitted inferiority to minato in regards to using FTG

Tobirama can only teleport to where his seal is.. ^_^ even if he has chakra in someone else.. if his seal isn't there he cant teleport there. ^_^ only where his seal is can he teleport. :]

I have often thought that the reason for his superior water jutsu was because of his ftg. Regardless yes you are correct. The difference between his and Minato is that he cant create a barrier out of thin air like Minato can or teleport alot of people like he can.

two chapters ago, he touched minato and "used the link between the he(minato) and naruto to teleport all who have been guven the kyuubi's chakra. So, I think yes.

I think it's implied from the manga that a Hiraishin seal has the user's chakra in there.

Exactly (+ rep), the dynamics of FTG (as I understand them at least) is that you can transport matter in contact with either yourself or your chakra to where the user has a seal placed/marked. The suiton idea has the potential to greater enhance the area he has in contact with his chakra, but he won't be able to transport himself within the area without a plethora of seals.

Tobirama can do the samething as Minato can in regards to Teleporting.. but except how Minato teleported the whole alliance.. Tobirama can't do that due to the 9-tails chakra..
