im not sure, it seemed more though that the tailed beasts would do it themselves rather than the jinchuriki. although we arent made clear on what the 1 tails views are, we only get a glimpse of his personality in part 1 of the manga.

Wow, you just made me think. That is a really plausible theory. Maybe part of Shukaku was left inside Naruto right at the time he headbutted Gaara
