when minato used the death god seal he sealed half of kuramas chakra and the other half in naruto, is the other half gone forever?

The other half is gone forever, But Some say Kurama would have regenerated his chakra overtime...His size etc would have returned..

yes he did seal half forever but chakra regenerates.So as Owarij said,over time it regenerated.

Now kurama is at max power and still the 9tails,and not the 4.5 tailsxd
