[Question] Madara vs Itachi?

if Madara can absorb all ninjutsu with his rinnegan, or even without rinnegan (!?)
shouldn't he be able to absorb Itachi's Yata Mirror and Totsuka Blade on impact?

Madara didn't absorb the chakra from that fodder nin using Preta. He absorbed it using Chakra Absorption Technique, which Orochimaru and Yoroi too have. Remember the Chuunin exams? Yoroi absorbed Sasuke's Chakra. Same way, Oro absorbed his own senjutsu chakra from Kabuto.

Itachi's weapons are spiritual not physical.

It can't be spiritual, if it was he would have used it on Nagato but he had to wait until Nagato was distracted to use it.
Besides, the sword of totsuka is actually a special 'sake' shaped into a sword which is probably infused with chakra to form a genjutsu seal (which can also be absorbed coz it doesn't have to be JUST jutsu).

The Yata no Kagami and Totsuka no Tsurugi are spiritual weapons that are not made out of Chakura so no, Madara cannot absorb them.​
