(Question) Itachi's face

Maybe this is a dumb question, but what are the marks under Itachi's eyes, Sasuke doesn't have them, I've wondered for ages, are they scars or tied lines or something?

I've been wondering this as well. They look like stress marks, which if so, is pretty deep being that he's so composed on the outside.

They are called Tear troughs I believe.

Fugaku has them. Itachi looks somewhat like Fugaku while Sasuke looks like a male version of Mikoto.
