You can embed a youtube video with the BBcode. Otherwise there's no way to put an actual playlist on your profile.

Yes, go to User CP -> Edit Profile -> Scroll down to Profile intro text.

There you can put tons of video codes, for whichever videos you want. All the video BB codes are found here:
