Question involving a contest...(Problem solved)

(Figured out it can be traditional or digital )

Currently there is an official Naruto design contest going on.....
If anyone else knows about this contest, I'd be grateful if you could answer my question or at least give a suggestion.

I'd like to know if the contest is open to both traditional and digital art or just digital. The reason is because I don't own an electronic tablet. I know many may not know this either, but any kind of thought you have on it would help.

Do you mean drawn yourself or that it must be drawn on paper

Because I understand that it has to be an original drawing by yourself...

The site holding the contest just didn't specify this....

Okay so the Art Contest. But it does infect state specifically that no digital pieces are allowed. Yes, it has to be drawn on paper.

Um....it's actually a contest from another site.....
An official one. In fact, Kishimoto is one of the judges.
The art is for a Naruto T-shirt design.

I'm thinking that you might be talking about a contest on NarutoBase? If that's what you mean, that's not what I was asking about. I'm not very familiar with NB's art contests (I recently joined).
