When the senju were hokage,other clan or villages invaded konoha with ease because they did not fear the hokages.For example the land of thunder,the sound village,sand village and many more.If madara was the hokage not of those crap will occur because other villages/clan will fear konoha and respected them

Madara would have been a terrible choice, he lacks the "will of fire" or determination to fight for something beyond his own personal goals of domination and power. The way he spoke to Onoki says it all.
