Question: How did they all see what was in naruto's heart?

All right I was just wondering how they all saw what was in naruto's heart, I was thinking it was the cloak but the kages didn't have the cloak and they still saw, I'm just confused about that, so answer if you know please.

The jutsu Ino was using connected them all mentally, meaning if you projected your thoughts hard enough, everyone could hear and see them. Hashirama was using it to tell everyone not to give up. While that was happening, Naruto was thinking about the stuff we saw. Since they were of great emotion, everyone was able to hear and see them, and since they were of great emotion, people said it was from his heart.

This, and my guess was that because he can sense negative things he can probably sense good things, and being connected let them sense/see Naruto's feelings.

cuz Naruto gave Ino the chakra cloak.. and Ino connected to him through chakra cloak AND Mind Transfer w.e. JUTSU..
since she combined CHAKRA CLOAK and MIND TRANSFER jutsu
and NARUTO feels the pain they would endure if they didn't have the CLOAK cuz the cloak is connect from Naruto.
When they wear the cloaks and take damage , the damage is automatically given to Naruto cuz he protects them.
He can feel their PHYSICAL damage , and they can feel his EMOTIONAL MEMORIES..

Naruto was connected to Ino's technique, same with the rest of the ninja around. Naruto ended up "talking to himself" which ended up being broadcast to everyone else.

That and the Main Character's problem is the only important thing to everyone else.

As the thoughts began racing in his head and he imagined things, the intensity of his thoughts probably magnified the power of the jutsu.

It wasn't his "heart", it was the concept that his emotions were so boiled up that as he began thinking about them, it spewed over into the jutsu.
