I doubt it. Bearing in mind that the Sharingan is able to control all bijuus, Sasuke could potentially become a perfect Jinchuriki based off of him controlling Kuramas power with his Sharingan from within. The reason he wasnt able to do that with kurama when kurama was inside naruto was because of the seal; however, had sasuke himself been the one with the seal i cant see qhy he would not have been able to control kurama completely; even if that meant taking his power/chakra by force. Lets not even get started with the combination of the Rinnegan/Sharingan and the potential for enhanced variations of his abilities.

Yeah but force he would only have probably Sealed Hatred Mode. To have complete he would need to be friend with him. And that is something Uchiha have no idea how to do.

If he was kurama jin and he could make it to the point of bijuu mode,he'd just gain the same abilities kurama cloak gives anyone. Sure he'd be more creative than naruto in using it power. But the kyuubi chakra would mainly be a boost for his eyes. But there's really only one thing that would make him way powerful than naruto and that is kurama x perfect susanoo fusion.
