Why do ppl think doffy is so weak ...... Ok I understand the mihawk fanboys who say he will low diff doffy cuz they have tht hype going on with him rivaling shanks



But for ppl like sabo who is only 1 year older then luffy and we barely have feats on say tht he can beat doffy alone.....

Also ppl r saying luffy can beat doffy by himself and that doflamngo is weak ???

The guy is sky demon his strings were able to cut diamond something mihawk wasn't shown to do..
Fast as hell not to mention we haven't seen his strings break not once and only parciema fruit user who has kind of been able to access Lugia abilities (not really but the clone is kinda like Lugia )
He's master at all 3 types of Haki
He low diff smoker
Defeated law (granted we didn't c what happen and fijorira was there)
Neg diff sanji
And handled (I won't say beat cuz it wasn't proper fight) luffy pretty easily

The akoiji thing ppl say doffy was running away false he was after law and straw hats he was only there to find them granted as a doffy fan I believe akoiji would've wiped floor with doffy mid diff by portrayal but that is akoiji former admiral

So what is with the underrating of doflamngo ??? He has been the best villain for me in series besides crocodile and kuma (not really villain ) and akiano (only cuz he killed ace tht was BA sad but still BA never less )

I just really don't get it, can someone explain it to me. What makes people think doffy is so weak?

People used to say Sabo could beat him but most have had the part of their brain replaced which they lost during their lobotomies.

Dofalmingo never cut diamond btw....he held Jozu in a fixed place with Parasite but never cut him.

Ok, first just imagined this, If Ace was the one who fhought against preety much everyone that luffy's fought, how much big do you think that would change? (for the record, Sabo was as strong as Ace since he can beat him) And who the hell would think that Dofi's weak? And Mihawk cant cut diamond? your just bull sh*ting... theres no OP fan that would say he was weak, exept those who dont read the manga..

Doflamingo was unable to cut Jozu.

Who said he was weak? They're simply riding the fact that Luffy at some point within the next (give or take) 15-20 chapters is gonna tear him a new one. Doflamingo is still extremely powerful! It's just that Luffy will unveil a new technique (e.g. Hasshoken maybe? or Gear Stacking?) to overcome the current and crystal clear strength difference.

Sabo is 2 years older than Luffy and has been trained to fight by proffessionals (e.g. Dragon) ever since he was 10! He's had 6 times as much training in Haki than Luffy (approximately). But yet Luffy isn't actually that far off Sabo's level. Luffy using the gears could probably match Sabo (without using his Devil Fruit) and at the rate Luffy's strength is developing it's not going to take 2 years to surpass Sabo either.

Those past 2 years after luffy became a pirate, im preety sure made Ace stronger. Ace fhought Jinbei ... and when you think about it 16 years that nami get sh*tted by those fishmen right? which means Jinbei was a warlord that time... and in his prime... theyre not on the same level men. Nah, never cut him.

And okay.....haven't seen that. Been ages since I saw someone say Sabo or Luffy could beat him.
People do underestimate him imo though.

noone underestimates DD, we just think that it would be reasonable for Luffy to defeat the first major enemy post TS

PS: also, isn't Sabo 3 years older than Luffy? which would make him 22 I believe

Wel, i use to think sabo would solo doffy but now after watching his string clone n birdcage i dont think anyone besides admirals n yonkou can beat doffy. Hes too strong. To beat doffy everyone had to work together. It take everyones combine effort to beat him.
But on the plus side we may see sabo n luffy workin together to fight doffy or his executives. The would awesome.

I haven't really seen anything in the manga that makes Doflamingo look weak, and i'm sure most fans with a brain would agree. I do agree he is underrated in a sense as he could be one of the most powerful characters in OP besides the Yonkou, Admirals etc. I do think his biggest downfall will be his overconfidence, since he stated that Luffy would be defeated in the tournament and even gave Bellamy the job of assassinating Luffy which I thought was pitiful.

DD is strong but luffy with or without help should defeat DD otherwise the show will not move and sometimes most op characters are defeated just because they are overconfident and egoistic this is the reason i believe he will loose to luffy
