Question for Naruto fans

Would you guys of liked if Naruto and Sasuke and the relationship Gon and killua had or Goku and Vegeta had from the start of the series without Naruto and Sakura crying for Sasuke and without Sasuke acting like a emo , would it of made the series better or do you like it the way it is.
