Now I'm a Democrat myself and I've just been curious because the only person I would vote for is Bernie Sanders. I do not like Hillary Clinton at all.

But on the flip side, a bit unexpected, to me Republican candidate Rand Paul seems to be one of the few rational candidates and the only intelligent Republican one.

So if you're a Democrat and you had to choose between Hillary Clinton and Rand Paul, who would you choose?

Well when Bush came into office I rooted for hem because I was 8 & liked the color red. When Obama came into office the first time I was 16 so I didn't have an opinion on polotics. The second time I voted for Mitt Romney because I didn't trust a President for a second term unless the first filled me with confidence--and it didn't. With Romney there was a SLIM chance of approval.

I'll only call myself a Republican if Paul makes it (and he probably won't) and I would NEVER call myself Democratic if Hillary was the candidate. So Paul definitely. If it was Trump & Clinton it would be the same as 2012. Hillary is at the bottom of the list.

I watched the GOP Debate and, honestly, I liked Rubio better. Much better. Paul... Libertarian. He'd destroy the US economy faster than you can say "shit."
Rubio sounds like he could do Bipartisan bills and compromise across the bench.

As far as i saw on the democratic debate and this is on the second round correct me if im wrong hilary seems more like an obama 2.0 but with no common sense what so ever i got cruz for republicans and bernie for democrats
Cruz is essentially a subtle Donald Trump. He agrees with him on like everything.

Sanders like Ron Paul, wont make it. If we were lucky enough to get a president for the people, he or she wouldn't make it past the first 2 years before they would be taken out Kennedy style. No change will come til the current structure is dismantelled. Sorry for being a glass half empty guy but thats how I see it.

Well with that way of thinking it might be true. Get out and vote. At least try.

Also, Bernie Sanders has gained massive popularity among the youth, different races, and unions. The polls are currently inaccurate because not many people under the age of 50 really do them. But Bernie Sanders stands a pretty good chance against Hillary.

Statistics show that if he manages to become the Democratic primary, then he will easily beat out any Republican candidate with an overwhelming amount of votes, including Donald Trump (who is the current front runner for the GOP).

And if worst comes to worst and there's another JFK incident. Remember that LBJ essentially did everything most people credit JFK for doing. He established most of the policies which had JFK killed. So if Bernie Sanders elects a like-minded individual as Vice President, then we have nothing to fear.

Have some faith and go VOTE!

I'm not american but assuming that I was, I'd choose Hilary since she's more to the left of Rand and closer to my worldview although I don't agree with her establishment politics. Rand is cool although I don't really with him, especially on economic issues. But he's much more genuine as a conservative than any of the other republicans.
