I don't understand. On this pic, it says that signs symbolises the knowledge in seals, but on your pic it says it represents the handseal speed or something. Don't you find it weird?

Well they sort of mean the same thing don't they? "Mastery" = their personal usage of it, and "familiarity" is probably just the same thing as knowledge and being able to recognize them. Are we reading the right thing?
