Juubidara with shinju tree absorbed and both rinnegan could. other than that it's hard to see many other doing it. Maybe 6 paths naruto and rinnegan sasuke could in an extremely extremely high difficulty. Seems like a huge maybe. Oh and Kaguya's OP ass
