As we all know that deidara had some secret plan on how to counter itachis genjutsu by training only ONE of his eyes, i just wanted to know if my basic understandings of genjutsu are right and i am understanding this "counter strategy" of deidara.
So: as i understand it, genjutsu is a technique were the Caster (lets say A) is able to control 1 and / or more senses of his victim (B) by somehow controlling their flow of chakra and therefor being able to control Bs perceptions (i.e. via the nervous system).
to be able to get access to Bs chakrasystem A has to somehow get a portion of his own chakra into Bs body. this can be done via the creation of a chakrapulse due to seals or other means like transaction via touching or even a brief hypnosis through eyetechniques (sharingan for instance).
ever since Bs chakra is now "infected" with As chakra and can thus be manipulated, one way to break free from the genjutsu is to disrupt his own flow of charka and therefor interrupt the "controll-patern" of As technique.
Anyhow ...the more chakra A uses to supress Bs natural flow of chakra the harder it is for B to disrupt this flow (for example it is impossible for most People to break free from Tsukuyomi). Anyhow... if B still manages to break such an intense genjutsu it is also possible for A to receive some kind of damage in the process (i.e. Sasuke vs itachi).
i hope everything i said this fare is true if not plz feel free to correct me.
Now to deidara:
as one of his eyes is superior to the other, it could be able that one is harder to manipulate than the other.... meaning, that while one of his eyes sees the illusionary technique the other one may not be affected at all and thus being able to see through the jutsu.
i still dont believe that deidara would be able to counter itachis Tsukuyomi (ever since its hard to imagine that the eyesight of an ordinary eye is superior to the sharingan) but i think that with this he should easily be able to counter itachis ordinary genjutsu.
as said....i just want to know if my understanding of genjutsu is right, or if i am getting something wrong and my whole deidara theory is bs.
cheers and ty
