Yang is based on the physical energy that governs vitality, can be used to breathe life into form.
- Younger Son of The Sage (Seju): He inherited the Sage's "body", willpower and physical energy and believed that love was the key to peace.
Yin is based on the spiritual energy that governs the imagination, can be used to create form out of nothingness.
- Older Son of The Sage (Uchiha): He inherited the Sage's "eyes", his powerful chakra and spiritual energy.
I want to know if both ying and yang is present in uchiha clan?
If YING AND YANG present in uchicha that mean that itachi will have ying because he a better affinity to genjutu and tsukyomi and sasuke will have yang because his chakra level his high like madara that why he can spam MS skill for a longer time and sasuke specialise with ninjutsu (lightning variation , fire variation and element manipulation)
Someone ask me izangai is an ying yang release so sasuke will not use that ability with ems.
However Ems is a fusion of both eyes itachi (ying) and sasuke(yang).This will make sasuke have the ability to use.Remember the manga when sasuke had his bandage on ,sasuke said he can feel itachi power.This make me conclude sasuke can use ying yang release and also izanagi in his EMS abilities

In exchange for the brief control of reality that it allows them, the Sharingan with which Izanagi is cast becomes blind. For this reason the Uchiha labelled it a kinjutsu. Danzō Shimura, in an effort to make practical use of the technique, had ten Sharingan embedded into his right arm. He also had Orochimaru extend the lifespan of each Sharingan's Izanagi to a minute, allowing him to use the technique for up to ten minutes, with breaks in between as he deemed necessary. However, because Danzō is not an Uchiha, his chakra levels drop substantially every time a new Sharingan is used to activate the technique.
To make full use of Izanagi, users must also have the genetic traits of the Senju, who are also descended from the Sage. Partially for this reason Danzō had some of Hashirama Senju's DNA transplanted into his arm, which had the added benefit of increasing his physical energy and vitality as well as access to Wood Release which could be used to subjugate tailed beasts. Tobi also makes use of Hashirama's DNA, though he claims to have gained control of it, unlike Danzō.
Q2b. EMS is like Sharingan which uses Yin. While using Izanagi, The same for any normal Sharingan effects still applies.
- Sasuke doesn't have Senju DNA to utilize Izanagi to it full extent, but he can still utilize the Jutsu.
