question about yagura

since we know that yagura was said to fully control his bijuu so it's safe to say that he was perfect jinchuriiki.
we also know that genjutsus won't work on such, however Ao said that he saw thru genjutsu controling him.
point number 3 is that we've seen tobi/obito and deidara fighting sanbi WITHOUT its jinchuuriki some time after asuma's death.
so my question is:
Is it possible that yagura was killed before becoming tobi's pawn?

and here goes theory how it was possible

since controlling perfect host by genjutsu is impossible tobi or other akatsuki killed him and nagato got him ressurected with that freaky rinnegan tech he used.
remember naruto,bee/itachi,nagato fight when kabuto said that he can temporary kill them and ressurect them with nagato's rinnegan to have both jinchuuriki under his control.
we also know that killing jinchuuriki stops bijuu from reviving for some time, so my point is that tobi/deidara fought sanbi after it revived itself.

This mean Obito was much more powerful than Isobu a Tail Beast since he acquired the Mangekyō Sharingan which can control Kurama and he obtained it very early after he survived the cave in.

Maybe just when they are about to seal Isobu Yagura was somehow able to free Isobu just to spite the Akatsuki.

i was just reading old chapters and the fact that sanbi was without a host was strange.
well i thought about tobi controlling both of them but it did not resolve question why sanbi was running free
