Question about Uchiha clan

I had a question about the Uchiha Clan that I hope
someone can clear up for me. I apologize if this is a silly
question but it entered my mind as a random question, it
was said the entire Uchiha clan was massacred and that
the only Uchiha to still be alive are Tobi (not saying real
identity just incase an anime only fan reads this),
Sasuke, and Madara. Is there a chance that some Uchiha
lived elsewhere other than Konoha during the time of
the massacre and out of fear went into hiding and never
revealed their identities to protect themselves and their
loved ones? I don't know why but I kept thinking what if
there were still an Uchiha or a couple left who were
relatively good people and the only reason they haven't
been found or no one has realized some Uchiha still
exist is because they are hiding in secret with false
names and false lives? I know that Clans usually live
together but I thought of it as an idea that maybe a
couple from the Uchiha clan have maybe moved
elsewhere or were able to escape before the massacre
happened. Please let me know what you all think,
thanks! p.s.- sorry if this was a silly question, just
had to ask anyway just incase someone else thought the
same thing at one point or still does now.

Transplanted body parts won't corrupt DNA, only viruses and cancer do but it still need time to spread. A tattoo won't pass on to the kid xd

That's rather unlikely. The Uchiha clans demise was essential in Sasuke's character development and the overall story as a whole.

Not impossible, but highly unlikely. If the entire Uchiha was staging a coup, then all of the Uchiha would've been present to help the takeover. And even then, Tobirama and some others might have kept a watchful eye on the Uchiha, as they would've been notified if an Uchiha left Konoha.

OT: The Uchiha Clan was a Clan with a lot of pride in their abilities seeing how they were the strongest in the village during a certain point of time.

You can be right about another Uchiha else where in the world but its highly unlikely there is though seeing how it was said that only Madara rebelled & left the village.

No chance of others existing at all. They would have reached out to Sasuke at some point in the series. Also, all of the Uchiha being eliminated is Kishimoto's sob story for Sasuke so that the audience can feel sympathy for him. It would ruin it if some Uchiha were like "Oh, hey we're alive and you were actually wrong for your entire life! Not all of us are dead." What would be the purpose of that? Besides, if they existed, Obito or Itachi would have detected their existence long ago and it would have been revealed. Hiruzen also most likely made sure that he sent no Uchiha on missions when he made Itachi go and slaughter his clan. All the Uchiha would have to be in the village on that night as well, considering that they were all planning to gang up on the village and take political power by overthrowing Hiruzen. The Uchiha also knew that they would need all the people they could get in order to try to succeed in the coup and fight against Konoha. (Imo, they would stand no chance against Konoha and die anyway. How is one clan going to take on all the other clans, Anbu, Root, etc in Konoha and win? They'd cause a war and later all die. Uchiha Clan=fail logic :/ )

Obito was revealed in the anime quite some time ago.

No chance. Itachi probably knew all of the members in the clan and Obito most likely knew them as well. They would know if they missed someone.
