This is bcoz hashirama married mito,which means their progeny must be a senju and since tsunade carries the name senju,so it can be speculated that her father is a senju but agin here,naruto uses his mothers surname so it cany be perfectly said

But shes the only "senju" alive or the one to be considered from the Senju clan ;x. Even Mito is classified as Senju Clan by some people, because she married Hashirama and due to their bloodline being the same lineage.
