Question about Tsuki No Me

If Obito and Madara were to cast infinite tsukiyomi would it be that people are walking around like zombies and their minds and conscience are completely erased or are they put in their own fantasy in a way? For example in Road to ninja when Naruto was sent to that world, would they have what they have always wanted and their mindsets will be intact?

in infinite Tsuki No Me , everyone's real bodies would stand still or be on pause(immobile)
although they could still go hungry and starve to death (maybe)
Madara(Obito)and other Uchiha with Sharingan(capable of breaking Tsuku No Me) can move around in the real world(maybe)
All of their thoughts & hopes will come to fruition.
Madara might mix in Hashi's Senju DNA with the ground(Earth)like Gaara did with Sand(vs Kimimaro) and give it to everyone
so they cant starve to death...(maybe???)
