Question about Tobi's 6 Paths.

So as we all know The 6 Paths of pain work by The shared vision of the rinnegan plus the chakra rods in them which allowed Nagato to control all those dead bodies, yes?

Now as for Tobi my question is are those 6 Paths really his? Kabuto was the one to use Edo and revive them, despite tobi's rinnegan and chakra rods couldn't kabuto uno Edo and make them disappear. So aren't they Kabuto's really and not Tobi, thus not making them part of his arsenal?

Pretty sure it has something to do with that one statue that Tobi uses to seal the tailed beasts and the fact that Tobi also uses chakra rods, can't remember the name of the demon statue thing though.

But even if they are part of Kabuto's arsenal it doesn't matter anymore because Naruto rendered the paths useless now.

Tobi's Paths were the previous Jinchuriki revived by Kabuto's Edo Tensei, so yes, in a way they are part of Kabuto's arsenal but also no, since Tobi took control of them using his Rinnegan.
