Question about Tobirama

Since Tobirama is undisputed in his Water Release mastery, would it be correct in stating he could use water release to slice things in half like Pa toad does

I know the anime depicts him doing so but in the manga it has not been shown.

I'm currently working on a thread about Tobirama and since his only known water jutsu's are water encampment and Water dragon I'm curious as what the community would think about whether or not he could use most water style jutsu's.

he is basically the undisputed king of water release, so I don't think its out of his ball park. But people will always use 'manga facts' against you saying Tobirama has water dragon and encampment wall and thats it, nothing else (these people are stupid).

It would be shocking if a man who mastered the water release could not do some thing so basic with that affinity.......so yes i do believe he can

Since I have the communities support, I will continue on with my current thread in development and state he can cut things in half as he wouldn't be a master of the affinity if he couldn't.

As much as I want to Kisame > Tobirama in terms of Suiton, I simply can't. From his little screen time, I'm sure Kishi wanted to depict him as the best water user.
