question about the man spiral zetsu

plzz can anyone tell me if the man inside spiral zetsu was affected by the curse mark of orochimaru or not...becuz when i saw the pannel it didnt seem to me that the curse mark reached the mysterious man's neck,since he was encazed by the spiral zetsu...it also seemed to me that oro's cursemark vanished even from s.zetsu's neck....plzz give me your honest answer

That's right, didn't notice that.

I think if the "infected" is strong enough to survive the bite he can surpress it with his chakra which then will be continiously consumed to hold this state of surpression.
If it's not enough chkra left the Cursed Seal will slowly take over the body and the infected conscious.

"Beyond the standard transformation cursed seals, Orochimaru can use a binding seal to restrain victims. Applied through the same neck biting as is other seals, the binding seal spreads around the victims body, immobilising them. Unlike the other cursed seals, however, the binding seal is not permanent and after a few moments will recede. "

It's from the wiki and I don't know how trustworthy this statement is, but it perfectly fits to your case :win:
