Not really unless you think kaguya devoured that entire eye which was probably a few 100 m in size.
I think the consumption of a part of it gave the power of the rinnesharingan a pure yin eye and using it's powers she absorbed the tree she gained the yang etc and body. So it's likely possible for anybody eating the fruit to gain the powers of the rinnesharingan directly not necessarily diluted form. And they don't need to absorb the tree you'll have a pure yin eye.
