it says in this panel that when the chakra becomes one will a new fruit be created
does that mean that only when all the chakra has been adsorbed by the god tree will a new fruit bloom or what?

I really want a VIZ translation of that page. As of now, it is confusing and if I say then it means that the Shinju will cast Infinite Tsukuyomi, absorb the chakra of the ninjas trapped in the genjutsu and the fruit will ripen.

Since in the genjutsu, there will be only one will, it could mean that all chakra will become one in it's creator, the Shinju as no one will have free will.

Correct. Once all chakra is absorbed back into the tree, a new fruit will blossom for someone to eat again only to repeat the cycle haha.

Yes... Just take that fruit as the collection of all the chakras in the world.... And when all that chakra is returned to the tree it makes a fruit as collection of all chakras which it can use for itself for food... Like all the tree does with its fruit...
