question about the Fourth

i was reading a while back a post about the fourth possibly being a toad sage, i did look for the post (for like 20 min) and cant find it.

ok so my question is was he able to summon toads? cuz i was watching an AMV on youtube and in the clip he summoned chief toad (it was not fan made) and i couldnt remember if the post was about him being able to summon toads at all or about him being a toad sage.

His original body was combatable with the sage chakra but due to his expirements and changes in bodies his current bodies can't handle it Thts honestly why I think he was trying to find strong bodies exp strong kimmi body is strong

Strong chakra is like sasuke cuz uchia have unique chakra tht can handle spiritual chakra why not sage ??

oh another quick question, is it possible for Naruto to use the Flying Thunder God Technique, and or the chakra chains Kushina uses? i mean even if they are Blood line techniques they are his parents. or is there some weird thing preventing him from using them?

There not blood line u seen tht tsuande and A had body guards being able to do the flying thunder god tech ur body just needs to be strong enough to withstand the pressure
As for chains idk Thts not bloodline either Thts like seals and seeing as there's no uzimaki's left to teach him my bet would be no

wait who else can use it? from what ive seen he was the only one who could use the Flying Thunder God Tech. i mean i could be wrong (which is very possible) as for his body needing to be strong enough pressure wise, i think Naruto would be ok i mean he always takes a beating and still gets up
