Question about the fillers

Once I saw the filler I stopped watching it because it looked boring, can someone answer these questions if they know them:

1. How long do you think the filler arc will run?

2. Are they making fillers in bad quality/animation so that they can use better animation quality for the Gai vs Madara fight? Or are they just being major pricks?

3. When they animated fights on good animation quality like: Sasuke vs Deidara, Sasuke vs Itachi, Kakashi/Team Asuma vs Hidan/Kakuzu, Naruto vs Kakuzu, Madara vs Shinobi Alliance, and Kakashi vs Obito -- Did they make fillers beforehand so that they can create them in better quality? Or did they have another week break so that they can use more time into creating the episode?

I just don't see the point of these fillers, there probably isn't a point anyway. I'm just hoping that the next episodes after this filler arc are animated to their limit, but I'm going to listen to the replies of those who know better than me on these fillers so I can be disappointed with StudioPenis.

It was fine, not bad nor good. Definitely better than Kakashi's fillers as an anbu.

The only bs that I've found as of now is related to neji, watch the fillers and you will see why.
