Question about Tenten?

Well everyone can remember the fight in the chuunin exam between Temari and Tenten where Tenten got absolutely fodderized.

However. My question is: If Tenten were to face someone else do you think that she would have won from the likes of Ino and Sakura?

Yeah. She'd own Sakura. Ino's mind transfer would be a problem, but I think Tenten could deal with it. I mean, Sakura did.

Take my comment with a grain of salt, I really never cared for TenTen. He ability to jump in the air and summon a bunch of weapons seemed... pointless. It had potential as trap placement...or if she learned to fight with some of them... so back to the original question:

Probably. She was a third year genin, the best marksman of all the genins with an arsenal of weapons and fast. Ino requires shikamaru or her hair to bind her opponents, otherwise her jutsu usually misses and leaves her vulnerable.

Sakura was fast with her chakra control, but had little endurance or means to defend herself with against such a barrage of attacks, what's more retaliation.

Hinata with her speed, strength and near 360 byakugan probably could have beaten her however, though her byakugan techniques at the time were limited to short range.

i agree the wide range of the attack is the problem.

At the time she was probably the strongest girl aside from Temari.

Sakura wasn't really.. strong back then. She didn't know healing or her strong punches.
She just knew the basics. basic punches and cloning.
Tenten had her unique weapon fighting stuff.

I think Tenten woulda beat her.. mhm :3
