Question About so6p and the uchiha

Why will the sage of the sixth path will entrust the uchiha clan instead of the senju with an Uchiha monument ?.
The uchiha monument show the step of abilities or condition an uchiha can get at each sharing an stage(basic sharingan,ms.ems ,rinnegan)and the only the people with those eyes can read only to their eyes limit.
This make me conclude that the sage of the sixth path went through all the sharingan stages in order for him to know what to write in the monument.He also give the monument because he maybe more of an uchiha than a senju.Only the uchiha can read it.Nagato was not a rinnegan user by birth because madara give him it

prolly because he knew that the senju will power up through battle and the uchiha have steps to become that powerful and if he didnt give them instruction they would have never known how to unlock the rinnegan and therefor never be able to compete with senju jus a thought

I highly doubt the so6p tablet was made by the sage himself because the tablet has info on how to control the kyuubi.

The Sage of Six Paths obviously had the abilities of both clans; how would he have split them from himself otherwise? He probably gave it to the Uchiha (though I don't think he actually did that) because the Sharingan actually changes.
