Question about Shisui's KA..

How in the hell did shisui knew that KA can only be used once a decade? I mean, it doesn't make much sense. Because how would shisui know that he can only use that tech once a decade if its a one time shot. Shisui must've been at least 15 or 16 years old when he died and should've awakened his MS not too long ago unless he awoken it at a young age and unknowingly used KA....

Even Shisui had to wait a decade. If you have Senju DNA, it shortens the recharge considerably as seen with Danzo.

I think KA is unique to Shisui's MS and his alone.

As far as we're concered when an Uchiha awakens MS/Rin he automaticly knows how or what techniques they posses.Just take a look at Itachi,Madara,Obito.

Huh, Naruto wiki might be wrong on that one then, because I checked its source and it didn't mention that its only for non-Uchiha that it takes a decade. That is unless the NB scans were ill-translated.

It would make sense though for Shisui to be able to use the technique a little more frequently, as well known as it is. Otherwise he would only have been able to use it once in his life and it wouldn't exactly be as infamous.

He didn't create it, it's just his unique MS justu, the same way that Itachi has Tsukiyomi, Obito has kamui, and Sasuke has enton release.

Shisui was a young adult jonin with his own team and his father was the same age as Hiruzen. He was also stated to be older than Itachi. He was easily at least 5-9 years older. Considering that both Itachi and Obito can use their MS techs with either eye (well, Obito has one eye but you get the point), Shisui obviously used it once or more at one point. The eye he gave Itachi wasn't charged yet at the time of the massacre, so it's pretty obvious that he used KA in that eye sometime before. (He wanted to use one eye to do the KA, Danzo stole it and he was left with the other...but he didn't bother to attempt it again, nor was Itachi able to use it during the massacre or his fight with Sasuke, meaning Shisui really did use KA in that eye beforehand for some other purpose and it was on cool-down.)

Also, Uchihas do use their MS jutsus like pros the first time around somehow. Obito managed to slip through with kamui against those Mist ninja and he had just awakened it. Itachi used Tsukiyomi like a pro shortly after Shisui's death. Probably the same for Shisui.

dude, That was implied to anyone who uses KA. Why do you think danzo has senju dna? It not only extended his izanagi but it greatly shorten the time span of KA from a decade to a few hours....

No it wasn't. It was only implied that it was for Itachi's crow.

Actually it was implied for anyone, including Shisui. Or rather it is essentially fact.

-The eye Shisui gave Itachi was deactivated at the time.
-Shisui could not attempt the KA with his other eye at the time of the coup
-Shisui made a big deal of telling Hiruzen about his KA attempt...why would he if he could use it constantly? He'd just KA Fugaku and come back to Hiruzen to inform him. That seemed like he wanted to inform Hiruzen so that he would not expect Hiruzen to place him in a future mission where that would be needed.
-If Itachi or any Uchiha could use it more than once a decade, then Itachi would have taken out one of his own eyes & replaced it with Shisui's in order to use it on Sasuke
-How would Itachi know the wait time for KA? Shisui obviously informed him prior to the incident with his eye getting stolen.
