he has it im 100% of it, because itachi inplanted it into his own eyes. so when sasuke took itachi's eyes the totsuka and the freaking yata mixed to his susanoo, and does that obvious, i mean spamming amaterasu while your in susanno it was like old sh*t. sasuke needs a real power up if he dont have the tot... and yata... then his weak, he won't last to naruto. SM-KG MODE, it could take a one on one blow with a complete susano, i mean SM super human streight, KM- super speed mode. so opp
