Salad questions if Sasuke wore glasses, basically asking if she inherited poor eyesight from him.

If her eyes were bad from sickness, she wouldn't need to ask a question like that. Not all children with bad eyesight get glasses right away.

Getting glasses after being sick is the most logical answer. It's possible she just naturally got bad eyesight but at the same time with her sharingan that's very uncommon. It just makes more sense to say that she got glasses because she was sick. And I don't think it's a coincidence Kishi put that panel of her sick right before she was shown with glasses....and there are numerous plotholes in the gaiden. She must not have known.
