Question about Sandaime Hokage

In anime was said that sandaime was able to use all jutsus of hidden leaf. so my question is, could he use nara techniques, akimichi techniques,atd.? cause if he could he must have been able to kill oro with something like shadow strangle jutsu.

Aren't Nara and Akimichi techs. like Kekkie Genkai? I doubt the third could use Eight Trigrams: Sixty-Four Palm

they are not kekkai genkais, but they are taught only by them. and he didn´t had byakugan so he couldn´t use any 8 trigrams technique. one more thing, could he use chidori?

yeah you can't learn KG without having that clan's dna, but its assumed he knew everything non KG including chidori and rasengan since the 4th made it and Jman and kakashi learned it.

no he conquered the aburame, nara and akimichi clans during the war before befriending the uchiha and founding the village.

they are all KG and his KG is wood release.

This is a very smart question I thought of it before and I reached a conclusion.
I think he can use all kind of techniques that match with the elements he use like Katon and Doton. And about the rest of the techniques in the village I think what he knows about them is there secrets and the way they're performed but he cant use them.

Hiruzen was called The Professor (プロフェッサー, Purofessā), due to his mastery of all forms of shinobi combat, and his vast knowledge of jutsu, purportedly knowing all the techniques within Konoha

Even if he dosen't use everything he knows them all and how they work yes.
kinda like kakashi's copy ninja rep, knows alot sticks to his elemental affinity

rasengan maybe chidori probably not because that was kakashi's own original technique not a leaf technique but maybe kakashi taught hiruzen it xD
