Question about Sakura's powerup

I'm slightly confused; Sakura had been building up chakra for the last few years, but did she release it all (or most of it) at the moment she pwned those Zetsu clones?

I'm pretty sure she released a little bit of it. Just didn't release all of it.

What? As for now she just formed the seal, she didnt even open it yet.

Well as it was stated in the manga she has been storing her chakra in the seal for three years so I would guess that now the the seal is finish storing chakra she can use her full chakra instead of part like she was doing all this time.... So to kinda summarize it all she has been using 50% of her Chakra from the beginning of shippuden and now that she finish storing up chakra she can use the full 100% of her chakra and still have the one she stored up for later........that's just how I see it

She still used her chakra during her battles before the war but for three years she was saving parts of it on her yin seal. It's kind of like when you earn money and you place half inside a piggy bank because you're saving up for something and then spend the other half.

Sakura hasn't even released her full strength yet with her seal. We'll just have to wait and see how strong she'll get.

No she would be on the level she is at now, because she wont have to actively store her chakra in the seal, becaus eit will do it itself. A piggy bank was a bad example
it would be like a river bank, once it's empty the water from the river will rush to fill the spot again/
