she did learn kakashi talks about how he tought her during the first attack on konoha by the sound and sand and oro... it was the episode where kakashi gives them an A rank mission to go after sasuke and gaara... she knows genjutsu she just doesn't use it... she mostly uses it just to release her or anyone else from a genjutsu...
