[Question] Question about RPing

Well, im not sure if i put this at the right thread.
Right now i want to start rping, but i have a few questions. Can i use characters like nagato or itatchi even though im a genin?

How do we choose the E rank jutsus? do we just randomly choose what i want or do i have to learn them first

No. There are special restrictions on many characters that are in the Biography Rules Section.
You get all of the E-rank ninjutsu, save for the training ones, by default.
Ask an experienced member or Sensei if you need more information.

Like stated their are restrictions on those characters. Now if you go here they have the E rank jutsu for you plus the entire template

You cant create neither of those characters, but you can create a custom characer, so long as he isn't taken
