[PS3] Question about revolution

Now lately i been seeing in youtube vids where people use 3 of the same char at the same time on the same team, how do people do this glitch? For example, Naruto as main char & 2 support naruto's. Im not asking to know about it for abusive purposes but as for a counter for cheap players. So if anyone knows how to do this or knows someone that knows how would you care to tell me?
