How can you find out your Reputation Power? I want to know how much reputation points I can give to a post/thread/member.

It should look like this:

You must be registered for see images

Btw, why is it you can only see your recent reputation points received? Is there a way to check ALL the reputation you have received like the comments people leave you and for what post?

Rep Power = Post Count(Sort of)

I think mine is 8 for +rep, 4 for -rep.

As for seeing the 5 most recent, I think its for convenience.

That doesn't answer my question. :|

I want to know how much points I give when I +rep someone. I have only -repped people like less than 10 times. The neg rep is reserved for EXTREMELY vulgar people or EXTREMELY offensive trolls.

Maybe this link can help you:

Just look for the Narutobase Reputation post...

I have that in my sig and I already read before posting. I wanted to know if there is a gadget or tool on here to figure out how to find out how much +rep power I have.

For every 1,000 posts you make = 1 point
Every 1,000 rep points you earn = 1 point
The one point you start of with = 1 point.

So you go I'll you me as an example.

14,000+ posts = 14 points.
6,000+ rep points I have earned = 5 points.
That one point you get = 1 point.

Now you add them all together.

14 + 6 + 1 = 21
My power for each rep I give is 21 points.

And when you negative rep someone its half of whatever you positive rep is.

Thanks for spotting that.

And no I don't think there is anymore. Should probably ask V or the other admins about that?

So for me it is....

3 + 0.8 + 1 = 4.8 :( I thought I had more. :/

No, it's just 4. Until you get 1,000 rep points, only every 1,000 counts.

Go to your profile>Statistics>
There you can Total Thanks u received and for what post.
In general a thanked post is 5 rep points.
I think that should give what you want. Though nt sure, u can just ask a mod if this is not wat u r looking for.

You can't see all the rep you've received and the post it's for, only the recent 5. If you really want, click
You must be registered for see images
on any of your posts. You will see your total rep points, and if you have recieved rep for the post you clicked on.

(I repped your first post [the thread] so you could try this out)

Every 365 days since you've joined NB you get 1extra rep changing power.
If you can you should close the thread, since your question was already answered.
If you wanna go into more detail, or know everyone who repped you and what they wrote as a comment you should ask a admin maybe they can go through all the Rep.

This question has been asked before. Showing whole record for rep means extra bandwidth and will increase chances of crashing the site.

It would be entirely too many db entries.

Just as an example:
If you took the top 100 reps, and added thier rep clicks, you would get 42,702 db entries. That's as of me typing this. So that's only the top 100. Imagine what a mess it would be for the entire forum.
