Question about People who did not want to become a Shinobi

If ordinary civilians in Konoha opted from the beginning not to become Shinobi, would they still have to attend the academy? If not where would they gain their education from?

Sorry if this isn't answerable, it's just a question that's been lingering around in my head for quite a long while. I also apologise in advance if the answer to this question is something that is obvious and has been outwardly stated in the series.

I would think they have normal schools for normal people. Shinobi is like in the army

Academy ,and shinobi is the most important for their World .. but It isn't the only option for people .... But as I heard in their world , everyone is a shinobi , even if they do ordinary things... I didn't bought this ZzzZzzZzz

I think they'd still go to the ninja academy (they teach normal subjects too) but choose not to take any graduation exams.

I think they all go to the ninja academy, but from then on its their option to become a ninja or just an ordinary civilian with a basic education.

As long they live in hidden ninja village than they are

1-normal villagers w ho might go normal schools in the villages

2-become a shinobi

3-attend the academy but fails Than go into normal ones


However the ninja and the whole NV is like a small part of the earth and its hidden (hence village hidden in the --)


So just imagine in our normal world their is bunch of ninja villages hidden somewhere all together
