Question about Pain

They have the same eyes and same vision right? so if one of them got caught in a genjustu by someone doesn't that mean that all of the pains would be under the same genjutsu since they have shared eyes? or is it just shared vision with different eyes?

Genjutsu wouldn't work, there are 6 of them, of if you prefer 7, so 6/7different visions

visual genjutsu won't work...jiraiya's genjutsu worked because it was NOT a visual one....the two toads used sound to perform the genjutsu...as sound travels in all directions and doesn't follow a linear path so it was possible to the 3 of the peins under his genjutsu......

If it's a visual Genjutsu, they'd be all caught in it, as all would see the eye casting the Genjutsu. However, this isn't the case with other kinds of Genjutsu.

And either way, visual Genjutsu gets countered by Sensory abilities, so it won't matter too much xd

Only the Pain that is caught will be under Genjutsu, not the rest. That's the reason Jiraiya resorted to catching all three with the Genjutsu.

they share the same line of vision, not mind. Genjutsu is an attack on the mind of an individual commonly made through eye contact, and other techniques. the fact that one pain gets trapped in a genjutsu doesn't imply the others get trapped too since they do not share the same body nor mind

Nope, if only one gets caught in genjutsu the others won't get affected. As for proof: Jiraiya cast a genjutsu on 3 Pain, the other pain found them and revived them proving that he wasn't under the genjutsu.

Theoretically they will all be caught in genjutsu... Genjutsu affects the brain however the pain will still see it... If he sees it they all see it .. Jiraiya a genjutsu was physical, and pains could still SEE jiraiya...tsukyomi would wo pain as well as totsuka and amateretsu on most of them

jiraiya fight uses sound abd it worked for three bodies we have seen. Also with visual it would work too since they share the same eyes. Though since pein is shown to have very good sensory, it won't work that well. nagato
was able to sense the pressure of amatersu, so it won't be that easy.
