Question about ordering?

Where exactly in today's chapter does it state that the Byakugan was prior to the Sharingan or the Rinnegan? Because to the best of my knowledge it never stated the ordering of any. Merely that she possessed all of them.

Here we clearly see that Hagamoro says in addition to Byakugan she also had. He did not say she acquired, or she received after eating the fruit.

The only thing that this chapter did was make it clear that Kaguya had the Byakugan but it didn't confirm the legend Kakashi told in part 1.

To me, this chapter was much more about the origin story of all doujutsu. All Doujutsu came from whichever strange land Kaguya came from, and the fruit amplified their powers greatly so that she became the strongest of all.
