First I would like to say that I have stopped reading one piece after the end of punk hazard and awaiting the derosa end to start reading again.... Therefore please don't share too much info or spoilers..... In saying so, I have/do know a few spoilers such as sabo is alive and has the mera mera no mi.

Now the question I wanted to ask...... Who is the mysterious character that came to derosa with a high bounty (I believe it's around the 700m beli mark)?

But if we're talking mysterious, there is a mysterious old guy that is crazy strong that the straw hats run into and he's blind. But he's not exactly a "pirate" you'll just have to read/watch to find out.

Chinjao came with a bounty of over 500 million though I think it was.
