Doflamingo seems like he's been up to date on everything, he knows that Sabo is around and that Usopp is the one who knocked out Sugar. I'm sure he's aware of the fact that Sanji and the others are gone off of Dressrosa and outside of Bird Cage.

That Sanji and co. have been saved by the Revs, possible Dragon is there which is why we aren't seeing them for a while.

OR

That the next time we will see them will be at the end of this arc and will also be the reveal of Linlin and her powers etc. and will feature a badly beaten crew.

OR

Kid, Hawkins and Appoo alliance have saved them They WERE going after a Yonko and we already know Kid has been attacking Linlins ships and messing with her XD
So it is likely.

Oda doesn't just keep key characters out of the limelight for this long without a good reason.

Sanji always goes off on his own, sometime in every arc. It's just his thing, and usually when he goes off he ends up saving the day big time in the end. So just let him do his thing off screen for a while.

You know these are not official bounties? This is just amount doffy is willing to pay. He is a tenryubito and a king i don't see him any problem paying that much. Official bounties will be issued by WG which will obviously be different form these.
