Question about Obito and Rinnegan

How do you guy suppose Obito obtained 6 Rinnegans for his paths or do the paths of the controller inherit the eyes?

I was wondering too but there had to be a way where they were created....maybe the power of the Rinnegan were able to summon eyes for the paths? Idk but would like to know the answer to that
