Question about neji.

If neji is a jounin why is he still in a group with 2 chuunin? And why does he still have a jounin sensei? I've been wondering this for a while now,

Because it's not technically the same team anymore, Tsunade just replaced them together.

Sensei is a title given to every teach even Kakashi referred to Iruka as Sensei I believe

Not every Jonins are Sensei

It's Not As Though He's Strictly Limited To Staying In That Group, But They've Been Together A Long Time, And They're More In Sync With Each Others' Abilities; Therefore It's More Likely That He'd Be Sent On Missions With Lee, Tenten & Guy, Since They Have More Knowledge Of Each Others Strengths/Weaknesses - Making Their Teamwork Much More Efficient, Than If He Was Assigned Another Team. A More Efficient Team Leads To A Higher Success Rate Of The Mission, Get Where I'm Going With This? That Being Said, There Are Instances In The Anime When He's On Other Missions Without Guy/Tenten/Lee (i.e. The Three-Tails Arc), Presumably In Charge Of His Own Team(s).

He doesn't. After the entire squad have attained the Chunin ranking, the team is officially disbanded. I'm pretty sure they were just sent on missions together at times, seeing as they probably work together well. We only ever saw them on missions together twice in Part 2.
