Question about naruto

Ok I dnt have the scan for it but I remember obito saying that you do not need the full bijuu to create the jubbi u just need the chakra.. He said tht 2 naruto and bee I believe so yeah there were 2 jubbi on battle field (the tree and also the one inside jubbito and then jubbidara)

So yeah naruto received chakra from all the bijuu and has half of ninetailed fox (half of it is a little bigger then the average bijuu) so how come naruto didn't become a jubbi host like jubbinaruto or what ev ?? Can someone explain this to me?

Naruto is the jin of 9 bijuus which is quite different than Jin of juubi U_U
