If the current Naruto fights with his SO6P staffs, would it count as fighting with Taijutsu or as Kenjutsu?

I'm going with it being ninjutsu instead of gaijutsu(no longer calling it taijutsu) but I say both 50/50 ninjutsu and kenjutsu
