I want to ask can Naruto become in this form now that he has BM, but without being orange/yellow, or he can't because half of Kurama's chakra is sealed in Minato?

Probably can't because because of the type of chakra that was left to Kurama. I believe that he just has Yang but I'm pretty sure that he recovered his total amount of chakra. It is just the type of chakra that Kurama has that makes the transformations different looking.

yes the nine tails has only half of it chakra , i belive it it had full of it chakra naruto could have been more powerful
