Question about naruto keyword

hey all, ive been thinking about some off the naruto shipouuden episode, those episodes where they were telling us about some kind keyword's. we all chould use later and get some kind of present, if i remember right?
- anyway an en exempel naruto shippudden episode 40-41. It is showed right before the fight between, Naruto & Orochimaru-sama.

- so my question is, what happen't to those? or what could i use it for?
